Additionally, the apartment has a private barbecue, perfect for leisure moments. The location is fantastic, just 1 km from the Moinhos de Vento Hospital and only 500 meters from the Moinhos de Vento Shopping Mall. The building offers 24-hour front desk service and includes a parking spot.

We do not provide daily housekeeping or linen changes during your stay. However, if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a duplex refrigerator, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, and a barbecue with a skewer, perfect for leisure and socializing.

Additionally, the apartment has split air conditioning (hot and cold), a hairdryer, a clothes steamer, and provides quality bedding and towels, as well as basic bathroom items.

Access to the studio is made easy with self check-in, via a digital lock, offering greater autonomy and comfort.

The building has 24-hour reception, ensuring security and peace of mind during your stay.
