- The party room and gourmet space areas are not available to guests

- Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. There is the possibility of access after these hours, but we do not have support to assist you.

- It is necessary to send the documents for release at the reception.

- Check-out: until 11:00.

- We have a closed rotating space available inside the building. At the time of booking, it is necessary to provide the vehicle's license plate number to be released at the condominium.

- we are not responsible for the operation of rotating parking in the condominium.

- We have the possibility of early check-in and late check-out by paying an additional fee and checking availability.

- It is allowed to receive visits from up to one guest in the apartment. It is not permitted to stay overnight. We will not be responsible for any risk or damage that this may cause.

- When making a reservation, data will be collected for release at the concierge. They will be processed solely to make the reservation and will not be shared or used inappropriately.

- 1 small pet (up to 15kg) is allowed

- Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation and condominium facilities.

- The decoration or furniture may present changes due to possible changes that are necessary

- Minors under 18 will only be released with the authorization of their parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8,069, of 07/13/1990)

- By making the reservation, the guest is aware of and agrees to the reimbursement of broken items such as glasses and objects

- Any disrespect to the condominium and neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, as well as fines and reimbursement for damages to the condominium.
