Our customer service is available directly via the app chat or through our call center (phone or WhatsApp), Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. For urgent matters, please contact the emergency service, available Monday to Sunday until 10:00 PM.

Guests will have access during their stay to the Gym, Bike Rack, Coworking Space, Lounge Area, Laundry, Petplace, Rooftop Pool, and the Entertainment Area on the Rooftop. The common areas of the building do not require reservations and are available for guests' use. Event spaces, party areas, and barbecue facilities are not available for guests.

Access to the pool is allowed exclusively with the use of the wristband, which can be found inside the apartment. Failure to wear the wristband in the pool area will result in a fine of R$ 500,00. We kindly ask for your cooperation and request that wristbands be returned to the apartment after check-out. The use of sound systems and the presence of glass items are not allowed in the pool area.

The building also has a laundry facility on the third floor, which includes three washing machines and three dryers. The available services are PAID and operate through credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.

The Storage Room service (for receiving and storing deliveries, with access and controls separate from the reception desk) is for common use. Upon entering the reception area, you can inquire with the front desk about how it works.

Receiving visitors in the apartment or common areas of the building is not permitted.

Upon making the reservation, data will be collected for clearance with the front desk. This information will be used solely for the reservation process and will not be shared or misused.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or any area of the condominium.

The decor or furnishings may change due to necessary replacements.

Guests under 18 years old will only be permitted with authorization from parents or legal guardians (Law No. 8,069, dated 07/13/1990).

By making the reservation, the guest agrees to reimburse costs for broken items such as glasses, cups, and other objects, as well as damaged or lost bed linens, towels, and kitchenware.

Any disrespect to the condominium or neighborhood rules will be the responsibility of the guest, including fines and reimbursement for damages to the property.

The building is new, and there may be noise from ongoing renovations or moves.
